The Privacy Policy of HQUEST WORLDWIDE LLC referred to as ‘hQuest’. outlines how we gather, operate, preserve and share data obtained from Users of our Platform, https://hquest.com, as well as all products and services offered by our Company. Personal Identifiable Information(PII)
We may gather personal identification information from Users in several ways, including when they visit our Platform, subscribe to our Newsletter, complete a Form, or engage with other Services, Features, or Resources that we provide on our Platform. We may request Users to provide us with their name, email address, phone number, or other relevant information. However, we will only collect personal identification data if Users voluntarily provide it to us. Users have the option to decline to provide their personal identification data, but it may restrict their ability to participate in certain activities on our Platform.
Business-related data and documents
We guarantee complete confidentiality of all business information and materials shared with us. At hQuest, we respect the ownership of any technological tools (tech solutions), programming language including source code, data or content provided by the Client for our work, including Technical specifications, Corporate data, Digital tools, and other related items ("Client Materials"), along with the Intellectual Property Rights associated with them. The Client will have the sole and exclusive ownership of these materials. hQuest is committed to ensure that sensitive Client information remains undisclosed to any third party without prior written permission from the Client. We take any breach of this policy seriously and will take appropriate disciplinary action, including termination of employment and civil, criminal, and regulatory enforcement actions.
Non-personal data
Whenever Users access our digital content, we may gather non-personal data from them. This type of identification information does not reveal the Users' identity, and it may include details like the name of their browser, the type of computer they use, and technical information about their connection to our Platform, such as their operating system and their Internet service provider. We may also collect other similar information to improve our platform's performance and user experience.
Browser cookies
To enhance User’s browsing experience, our Platform may send a cookie to User’s web browser from our Web server. This cookie is stored on User’s hard drive for record-keeping purposes and may also serve to track data. However, User has the option to refuse cookies by changing own web browser settings or to receive alerts whenever cookies are being sent. As a standard, our Platform does not use cookies unless User grants permission through the cookie consent pop-ups that appear on User’s first visit to the Platform. Google Analytics Policy
To help us improve our Platform, we use a tool called "Google Analytics" that collects data about how Users interact with it. hQuest adopts appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices, and security measures to safeguard Users' personal information, including but not limited to their usernames, passwords, transaction details, and data stored on our Platform, against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Disclosure of personal identifiable data
hQuest does not sell, trade, or rent Users' personal identification information to third parties.

hQuest reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Users are strongly advised to check this page regularly to remain informed about changes. The Company will notify registered Users via email whenever the changes are significant. User Requests
